New to reusables? Start Here

Not sure where to begin? Start with what feels most comfortable for you.

Reusable period care doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing — you can begin simple and explore what works best over time.

Start with pads if...
you want the easiest switch, prefer an external option, or want something that feels familiar while trying reusables for the first time. Pads are beginner-friendly and can also be a great backup while getting used to a cup. Shop Reusable Pads

Start with a cup if...
you want longer wear, need something for busy days, and feel open to a little learning at first. Cups are worn internally and use suction to stay in place. Shop Menstrual Cups

Start with a disc if...
you want a different internal option, like the idea of long wear, and want to explore another reusable choice besides a cup. Discs are also worn internally, but unlike cups, they do not use suction. Shop Menstrual Discs

Start with Interlabial Pads (ILP) if…
you want a small reusable option for light flow, spotting, discharge, or extra backup with a pad, cup, or disc. Interlabial Pads (ILP) sit externally between the labia and can be helpful for extra support on lighter days. Shop Interlabial Pads ( ILP)

Still unsure?
Pads are often the easiest place to begin. You can always try a cup or disc later once you feel more comfortable.

A simple way to think about it:
Pads = easiest start
Cup = internal + suction
Disc = internal, no suction
