Interlabial Pads

Reusable interlabial pads are small, foldable cloth pads worn externally between the labia for extra light period care, spotting, discharge, or backup with a menstrual cup or disc.

How are they used? Fold lengthwise and place comfortably between the labia. Snug-fitting underwear helps keep them in place. Wash and reuse as needed.
