How to Use Interlabial Pads

🌸 How to Use Interlabial Pads

Interlabial pads are a gentle, reusable option for managing light flow, spotting, or discharge — or as added protection when using a menstrual cup or disc. They’re soft, breathable, and offer discreet support.

🧭 How to Place the Pad

Fold the interlabial pad lengthwise and place it in between the labia, just over the vaginal opening.

Every woman is different. You may want to experiment with:

  • Folding it loosely or tightly
  • Tucking it slightly between the labia
  • Laying it flat over the labia (depending on what feels best to you)

✅ Wear with snug-fitting underwear to help it stay in place.

🧼 Washing & Care

Please note that interlabial pads are not prewashed.
The fabric will absorb better after a first wash, as the fibers loosen up.

Washing Tips:

  • No need to presoak or hand wash
  • Use cold water and a regular cycle
  • Avoid fabric softeners (liquid or dryer sheets)
  • Do not use bleach
  • If needed, treat stains with hydrogen peroxide
  • Dry on low heat or air-dry when possible
  • Place pads in a laundry bag to prevent damage or losing them in the machine
