Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on used or opened items.

However, your satisfaction matters to us — and if something isn’t right, we encourage you to contact us within 15 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve the issue.

Cancellations:
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it within 24 hours of purchase. Please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Returns (Unopened Products Only):
We may accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and still sealed in original packaging. You must contact us first to request authorization. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 15 days with photos and a brief description. We’ll review and do our best to make it right.
